Finally , we find a new fine dining restaurant in Omaha . First time we was there , everything was so so delicious , we are celebrated our anniversary here with my kiddos . Me and my husband got prix Fixe menu , every course is so so good , only my soup tastes a little sweet but it acceptable , my kidd had steak and mac and cheese , they said it’s so pretty good 🥹excellent service too . For sure next time we’re in town we will be back ! It worth 2 hours drive to the restaurant .
Enjoyed the live music. Was beautiful, but not too loud that you couldn't be heard. Food was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Perfect spot for foodies, nice date night, or a spot to take people out for a nice meal.
We wandered into Dolce a couple months ago without a reservation -- we didn't think we needed one. Chef Anthony expressed his regret at being unable to seat us, he and asked us to please make a reservation and come back.
Chef is very hands-on with his business. He understands quality food and quality service, and he made us feel like we were the center of his attention for the evening. We spent about three hours enjoying the five-course tasting menu, but the time flew by anticipating the next piece of edible art.
The atmosphere was perfect as the lighting was soft, and while there was a positive buzz in the place, it was quiet enough to have a conversation comfortably. We highly recommend Dolce and will be returning.
I really loved the place and the food. We went with the pre fix menu. The food was delicious. I loved the ravioli and I wish there was a little more quantity. My husband loved the squash soup - very creamy and tasty. My next favorite was the red pepper shrimp. I have asked for extra spice and the chef made sure to make it. The waitress did ask me for the taste check once she delivered the food. I liked how the chef accommodated my request. My only suggestion is that they have a few more chicken and vegetarian options.
Overall, a very nice place. Definitely recommend for date nights.
Fantastic experience. From the food to the service. Our one year wedding anniversary could have been any better. The chef and staff know how to please.
I've been to quite a few high-end restaurants and Dolce still holds the spot for my favorite meal ever. The chef's tasting menu was incredible. The chef came out, explained each dish, told us about the herbs and vegetables he grows in his own garden, and everything was beyond amazing. Great job.
This was our first time visiting, the food was very tasty, nice portions. Steak was over-cooked (asked for medium rare and got medium to well-done). Ordered the premium wine pairing and was extremely disappointed in the size of the pour. For $50/person this was not worth the price. We looked up all the wines we were served and none were over $30 a bottle. If we go back will go with house wine.
Absolutely loved the food. We opted for the chef's tasting menu as a party of three. All of the food was superb. The chef would bring out our plates and describe the dishes while explaining some of the ideas and creation. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection.
It is one thing to be served at a restaurant, but it is another to be served food with the passion behind it. I have never had a chef personally rotate a plate to display the beauty in their presentation, but that's what we received at Dolce.
Every plate was incredible, the wine pairing is well chosen. I cannot recommend this place enough, and the chef menu enough, for a special occasion or a nice night out.
The interior is comfortable and inviting, the food is elegant and delicious, the restaurant is an experience and a must.
